Are you a Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant looking for your next role? SJC Partners is working with an established law firm seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its residential property team. You’ll help progress transactions within a friendly, professional environment.
Your role
Prepare draft contract packs and deal with sale enquiries.
Order searches and assist with exchanges and completions.
Prepare completion statements, SDLT forms and Land Registry searches.
Handle post-completion work.
Keep clients updated and produce documents using case management software.
Support fee earners with digital dictation and provide occasional reception cover.
About you
You’ll have previous residential conveyancing experience, either as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant, and feel confident supporting transactions through the different stages. You’ll also bring:
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Clear communication and a confident telephone manner.
The ability to manage changing priorities and use your initiative.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and case management systems.
