Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Agency Shifts Start Date: Immediate Start Available Key Responsibilities * Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. * Support individuals with their physical, emotional and social needs. * Maintain dignity, privacy and independence at all times. * Assist with mobility, meals and daily routines. * Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures and health and safety guidelines. * Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues. Requirements * Previous experience in healthcare, care homes or support work is desirable. * A caring, patient and responsible attitude. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care. * Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, nights and weekends. * Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete the required compliance checks.
