Reach Truck Drivers - Daventry Proactive Recruitment is currently recruiting Reach Truck Drivers on behalf of a well-established client based in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing warehouse operation with immediate starts available. We are seeking experienced and reliable Reach Truck Drivers to support warehouse operations, ensuring stock is moved safely and efficiently throughout the site. Shift Patterns Available * Days: 6:00am - 2:00pm * Lates: 2:00pm - 10:00pm * Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent Key Responsibilities Reach Truck Operation * Operate Reach Truck forklifts safely and efficiently * Load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse * Put away goods into racking locations accurately * Replenish picking locations as required * Retrieve pallets from high-bay racking * Conduct pre-use equipment checks and report defects * Follow all health and safety procedures at all times * Assist with general warehouse duties when required * Maintain a clean and organised working area * Support stock control and inventory accuracy What We're Looking For * Valid Reach Truck licence/certificate (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS or equivalent) * Previous Reach Truck driving experience preferred * Good attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures * Reliable, hardworking, and punctual * Flexible approach to overtime and shift patterns Benefits * Weekly pay * Overtime opportunities * On-site parking * Full induction and ongoing support * Friendly and supportive working environment * Temporary-to-permanent opportunities * Career progression and development opportunities
