Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor

An opportunity for an experienced litigator to take ownership of a varied caseload within a busy Dispute Resolution team, with considerable autonomy from the outset and direct involvement in developing client relationships and new business.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial and civil disputes, working with businesses and individuals across a variety of sectors.

The work

You will manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including:

• Director, shareholder and partnership disputes
• Commercial contract and business sale disputes
• Contentious probate
• Commercial and residential property disputes, including repossessions
• Construction and building disputes
• Debt recovery and supply of goods and services claims
• Franchise and business reputation disputes

What they're looking for

• 5 + PQE with a strong background in commercial litigation
• Proven experience managing cases independently from instruction to completion
• Confident handling client relationships and providing clear, practical advice
• A proactive approach to networking, business development and cross-referrals
