About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our client on a 6-month temporary maternity cover assignment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple accounts, and making an immediate impact within a busy and supportive team.

This role is ideal for candidates who are available at short notice and looking for a rewarding temporary assignment with a clear project focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts and acting as the main point of contact
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Responding to client enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
• Coordinating customer requirements and ensuring expectations are exceeded
• Providing regular account updates and reporting
• Supporting contract renewals and service reviews
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Resolving any customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM systems
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

About You

• Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or Relationship Management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Available to commit to a 6-month temporary maternity cover assignment
