Care Assistant / Support Worker

Location: Norwich & surrounding areas

Pay Rate: £14.25/hr

Contract: Zero-hour agency | Flexible 8 & 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights/Weekends)

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Care Assistants & Support Workers to join our team supporting local care homes across Norwich.

In this role, you will empower individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal daily care routines with dignity and respect
• Support meal preparation, medication prompting, and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship, lead social activities, and assist with community outings
• Maintain accurate daily care logs and report updates on resident wellbeing

What We Look For

• Right to Work: Must hold valid, existing Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
• Background: Previous experience is preferred, but full training is provided for candidates with strong empathy and reliability
• Checks: Subject to an enhanced DBS check
• Preferred Driving License and own car.
