DV Cleared Project Planner - Contract

Location: Basingstoke (5 Days Onsite)
Contract: Inside IR35
Clearance: Active DV Clearance Required

We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Project Planner to support the delivery of complex programmes within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in line with planning standards and governance.
• Establish and manage baseline plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Align project schedules with master programme plans.
• Ensure schedule logic supports effective impact and change analysis.
• Track progress, identifying variance, slippage, and emerging risks.
• Produce schedule reports and planning metrics for stakeholders.
• Work closely with Project Managers, PMO teams, and technical stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• Active DV Clearance (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Project Planner, Programme Planner, or Project Controls Planner.
• Strong knowledge of baseline management, critical path analysis, and schedule governance.
• Experience with progress tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Experience using project scheduling and planning tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience within Defence, Government, or National Security environments.
• Knowledge of project controls and risk management.

Please note: This role requires 5 days per week onsite in Basingstoke, and candidates must hold active DV Clearance to be considered.
