Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a secondary school?

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Hounslow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact on their education.

The Role

• Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Supporting students with additional learning needs where required.
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and academic progress.
• Building strong relationships with staff and students.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Mentor or Youth Worker is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, patient and proactive approach.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
