About Joloda Hydraroll
Joloda Hydraroll design and manufacture loading systems that get goods on and off trucks and trailers faster. They've been doing it for over 60 years, with more than 500,000 systems installed and around 85% of output exported. Customers include Amazon, DHL and Nestlé.
What used to be a simpler product range now runs to thousands of parts, feeding a much more complex production operation across the Liverpool and Anglesey sites.
The role
You'll take charge of everything that moves inside the business: parts into production, kitting and line-side supply, transfers between sites and despatch to customers. This is internal, production logistics – not fleet or transport management.
Success means orders going out complete and on time (90%+ OTIF), accurate stock and lower handling and freight costs.
You'll:
Develop the UK internal and external logistics strategy
Control part supply into manufacturing across around 10,000 live parts
Build and run kitting and line-side logistics so production never waits
Manage inventory and stock takes across both sites to KPI targets
Plan and manage despatch: shipment method, packaging, utilisation and OTIF
Work with procurement and suppliers to schedule deliveries and cut freight costs
Analyse logistics data and report to support operational decisions
Lead, mentor and develop the logistics team
