The role As Retail Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating and developing your team. Driving sales and achieving commercial targets. Delivering excellent customer service. Managing store operations, rotas and stock. Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards.
