We are working exclusively with a fantastic client in Darlington who are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join there team. The successful candidate will join a fast paced environment and a friendly supportive team.

Following continued growth success our client is now looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their head office in Darlington.

Duties include working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment:

• Managing supplier queries
• Communicating confidently with both finance and non-finance colleagues
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Processing invoices and payments
• Carrying out general Accounts Payable duties

Ideal candidates will:

• be an experienced AP Clerk/Accounts Assistant
• excellent attention to detail
• have Sage experience or ERP accounting system experience
• strong communicator

This is a busy role requiring someone who can work within a fast paced environment with both speed and accuracy. The company offers hybrid working and excellent benefits.
