Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity

An established and growing mortgage brokerage is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join its team on a fully remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who wants to spend more time advising and less time worrying about lead generation. What You'll Be Doing

• Providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
• Managing enquiries generated through the firm's established lead sources.
• Building long-term relationships and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
• Identifying additional protection opportunities where appropriate.
• Generating additional business through your own network and introductions where possible.

What You'll Need

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• CAS status preferred.
• Previous mortgage advice experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Russian language skills would be highly desirable due to the firm's strong Eastern European client base, although this is not essential.
