An independent construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated project professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects whilst working closely with senior leadership in a highly entrepreneurial environment. Based in London, you'll play a key role in delivering projects across sectors including data centres, life sciences, mixed-use developments, retail and leisure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of construction projects, managing client relationships and overseeing projects through the full lifecycle. You'll have the autonomy to run projects independently, whilst also supporting the delivery of larger schemes valued between £10m and £100m+. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage construction projects from inception through to completion. Act as a trusted adviser and primary point of contact for clients. Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement processes and project risks. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders. Support senior leadership on larger, complex developments. Contribute to business development activities and help secure repeat business. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. About You: Proven experience in construction project management and contract administration. Consultancy or client-side project management background. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Commercially aware, with an understanding of project fees, resources and delivery. Relevant professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB or APM desirable.   What's on Offer? £60,000-£75,000 salary depending on experience. 25 days annual leave. Private life and health insurance.
