What We're Looking For
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- RICS Registered Valuer (or eligible)
- Strong experience in residential valuation
- Solid technical knowledge of construction, pathology, and risk management
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ambition to develop into senior or leadership responsibilities
- A commitment to mentoring, sharing best practice, and contributing to the success of the wider team
Your Role
- Carry out lender and private valuations and Level 2 surveys
- Deliver high-quality, risk-aware reporting in a regulated environment
