We are currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine love for working with young children and is committed to supporting their early development, learning and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive and creative, with the ability to create a positive, engaging and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework. * Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children's development and independence. * Support children's personal, social and emotional development, helping them build confidence and positive relationships. * Assist with phonics, early literacy, numeracy and play-based learning activities. * Work with individuals and small groups to support children with varying abilities and learning needs.
