• Coordinate venues, suppliers and event logistics to provide a smooth experience for attendees.
• Prepare event materials, joining details and schedules so that information is clear and accurate.
• Work with marketing colleagues to align event content, messaging and communications.
• Oversee event-day arrangements and resolve practical issues quickly as they arise.
• Maintain event records, attendee information and post-event feedback for future planning.
• Review event outcomes and share practical insights to improve future activity.

Profile

A successful Events Manager should have:

• Experience planning and delivering events from initial briefing through to post-event review.
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage several event tasks at once.
• Confidence coordinating suppliers, venues and event logistics.
