Quality Manager

Location: Burghfield

Contract to September 2027

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to support suppliers delivering complex fabricated and mechanical products within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop supplier quality processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Conduct inspections throughout manufacturing, assembly, and testing activities.
• Review and verify quality records, traceability documentation, and LTQR packs.
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and root cause investigations.
• Oversee NDT activities, procedures, and certification compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong quality culture.
• Build effective relationships with suppliers to improve capability and performance.

About You

• Proven background in Quality Engineering, Quality Management, or Mechanical Inspection.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Experience reviewing NDT activities and quality documentation.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Nuclear or other highly regulated industry experience.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19443, ASME, RCC-M, or similar standards.
• Lead Auditor, CSWIP, or NDT qualifications.
