This is a great opportunity to join a busy customer service function on a temporary to permanent basis (12 weeks). Please note: This role is office based Key Responsibilities: Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and email, resolving issues efficiently, and liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Shift Pattern: Working hours are 6pm to 6am (NIGHTS) Week 1 = Wednesday and Thursday Week 2 = Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Your Experience and Requirements: ZAP are searching for candidates with previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a call centre, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling queries. Good IT skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, while experience within a manufacturing, retail or fast-paced office environment would be advantageous.
