It is not a pure office role, but rather combination of office/warehouse, due to some tasks requiring manual handling on the shop floor and physically moving products. Job Description: Process customer returns and accurately record them in the system. Update the floor report to reflect all customer return activities. Provide Stock Control cover during periods of annual leave and sickness absence.
