Finance Manager - Leeds

£55,000 - £60,000 - Plus bonus, hybrid working and flexibility

Robert Half Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a highly successful and ambitious PE backed business based in Leeds.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial information, leading a small finance team and ensuring robust financial controls are in place.

Key responsibilities:

• Production of monthly management accounts and board reporting
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning processes
• Managing, mentoring and developing a small finance team
• Reviewing and improving existing finance processes and controls
• Providing commercial analysis and financial insight to support decision making
• Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and month end close activities
• Driving continuous improvement across systems, reporting and financial processes

Requirements:

• Previous Finance Manager experience
• Proven people management experience is essential
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting background
• Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Hands on, proactive and solutions focused approach
