SENIOR INSURANCE COORDINATOR
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be the organising force behind our insurance administration, keeping a busy inbox under control, documents in the right places, and information flowing smoothly across our brands. Your focus will be on clarity and completeness: sorting, structuring and following up so that policies, endorsements and reinstatement cost assessments are accurate, accessible and actioned on time.
Working closely with the Customer Support team, you will learn our systems and ways of working, then steadily take ownership of day-to-day insurance administration. If you love bringing order to complexity, spotting gaps in data, and finding answers in policy documents, this role offers the chance to make a visible difference to how we operate and support our property management teams.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will spend most of your time managing a shared inbox, triaging and resolving queries, filing documents to the right locations, and keeping trackers up to date. You will coordinate reinstatement cost assessments, chase outstanding items, and bring structure to information held across multiple systems. You will build confidence quickly by asking smart questions, documenting processes, and creating a reliable rhythm to the work.
