Are you an Administrator or Coordinator from a technical environment, looking for a stable permanent role where you will be properly supported, trained up, and become a key part of a growing renewables business?

This is a great opportunity to join an established specialist contractor working in commercial renewable energy systems, where you will support the Operations & Maintenance function and play a vital part in keeping customer sites safe, compliant and performing.

The business has been established since 2012 and is investing into their O&M division, with clear plans to grow the team over the next 12 months. As a result, they are looking to add an organised and proactive coordinator to support engineers and clients day-to-day.

In this role you will schedule planned maintenance visits, coordinate site access and permits, log faults from monitoring portals and customers through to resolution, and collate engineer photos/data to produce professional client reports. You will also support with asset registers, compliance documentation and warranty queries across solar PV, BESS, EV charging and related assets.

This role would suit someone with administration / coordination experience in a technical environment, looking for a secure long-term position with training, variety, and the chance to grow with the team.

The Role:

• Scheduling planned preventative maintenance visits and organising site access/permits
• Logging and tracking faults from clients/monitoring platforms through to resolution
• Producing client reports by collating engineer test sheets, photos and site data
• Supporting compliance/admin: asset registers, documentation, warranty claims and POs
• 40-hour week, office-based in Liskeard

The Person:

• Administration / coordination experience within a technical environment (engineering, construction, maintenance, facilities etc.)
• Strong communication skills for dealing with clients and field engineers via phone and email
• Any renewables, solar, or construction coordination experience would be beneficial
