Establishing customer requirements, discussing their ideas and understanding their budgets, preferences and project needs. Guiding customers through the full sales process, from initial consultation to order completion. Advising customers on bathroom suites, tiles, fittings, fixtures and other relevant products. Assisting customers with bathroom design ideas and helping them select suitable products, styles and finishes. Preparing quotations, processing customer orders and ensuring all details are accurate. Producing invoices and handling relevant sales administration. Booking customer appointments and coordinating showroom consultations where required. Arranging and coordinating deliveries, ensuring customers are kept informed of relevant dates and updates. Following up with customers to obtain feedback and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Building positive relationships with customers and supporting repeat business through excellent service. Handling customer enquiries, queries and any issues in a professional and helpful manner. Maintaining an organised, clean and presentable showroom, ensuring products are displayed to a high standard. Keeping up to date with product ranges, features, availability and relevant promotions. Working towards sales targets and contributing to the overall performance of the showroom. Supporting colleagues with general showroom duties and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Good numerical skills and attention to detail when preparing quotations, processing orders and producing invoices. Good organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Confident using computers and willing to learn the company's sales and order processing systems. A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the confidence to identify sales opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a customer-facing environment. Professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach to work, with good attendance and timekeeping. Flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work Saturdays as part of a five-day working week.
