Requirements

• Valid DBS Certificate (Basic, Standard, or Enhanced)
• Previous cleaning, caretaking, facilities, or maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to start work at short notice is an advantage

• Opening and locking buildings
• Basic maintenance and repairs
• Site security checks
• Porterage and room set-ups
• Health & Safety compliance

Cleaner Duties May Include

• General cleaning of offices, schools, and public buildings
• Mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising areas
• Waste disposal and replenishing supplies
• Following cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
