Cover People are looking for a confident, patient and resilient TA to support a KS2 pupil on a 1:1 basis. STRONG BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT IS ESSENTIAL! You’ll need to stay calm during challenging situations, recognise triggers and use positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies to help the pupil feel secure and ready to learn. ✨ Your role: Support learning, engagement and emotional regulation.
