Requirements * A solid, time-served trade background in welding and fabrication (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience). * Proven ability to read and work directly from technical engineering drawings. * Previous supervisory experience, or a clear track record as a senior fabricator ready to move into team management. * Strong practical knowledge of workshop safety, quality standards, and fabrication techniques. * Clear communication skills and a direct, practical approach to problem-solving. Package & Benefits * Salary tailored to experience level (£38k - £48k for Team Leaders stepping up; £48k - £60k+ for experienced Production Managers). * Standard company pension scheme. * On-site parking. * Clean, well-equipped workshop environment with steady investment in tooling and facilities
