We are currently working in partnership with a Charity, who are recruiting for a People Partner on a 9-month fixed term contract. The position is due to start in November and is a full-time position. This role is predominantly remote and is a multi-site role covering London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex for meetings. The salary offered is £43,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Trade Unions and hold a full UK driving licence. A CIPD level 5/7 qualification and experience with the system iTrent is highly desirable.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Support organisational change and transformation programmes
• Advise managers on restructures and workforce planning
• Provide ER advice on complex disciplinaries and grievances
• Support ER casework, documentation and policy guidance
• Assist with trade union relations and collective consultations
• Deliver generalist HR support across a dispersed charity organisation

Experience required:

• Strong HR business partnering experience, including complex employee relations matters
• Experience supporting organisational change, restructures and trade union consultations

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations procedures
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and advisory skills
• Ability to manage complex HR cases and support organisational change effectively
