Site Agent – Water Treatment Location: Aylesbury Job Type: Full-time We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major water treatment project in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and in line with quality requirements. Key responsibilities: * Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers * Planning and coordinating daily site activities * Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements * Monitoring progress, quality and productivity * Liaising with the Project Manager, engineers and client * Reviewing RAMS, permits and construction documentation * Maintaining site records and progress reports * Supporting programme delivery and resolving site issues About you: * Previous experience as a Site Agent, Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor * Experience within water, utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure * Strong understanding of construction health and safety * Good leadership, communication and organisational skills * Ability to read drawings and technical specifications * SMSTS and CSCS required What's on offer: * Competitive salary/package * Long-term project * Major water infrastructure scheme * Excellent career development opportunities Aylesbury If you're an experienced Site Agent looking for your next opportunity within the water sector, apply now for more information
