HR Business Partner (field-based, multi-site)

Up to £65,000, plus company car and 10% discretionary bonus
Covering Liverpool and Manchester, Yorkshire and the North East, the East Midlands and East Anglia

A leading veterinary services provider is looking for an HR Business Partner who loves being out in the business. This is a genuinely field-based role, with 3 to 4 days a week on the road visiting sites, and the freedom to run your own diary and your own patch. It is not an office-based role with the odd site visit.

What you will be doing:

Partnering with operational leaders and managers across a geographically dispersed, multi-site region

Building relationships in person and being a visible, trusted presence at the sites you support

Managing your own diary, travel and priorities, and deciding where your time adds the most value

Helping to improve people outcomes across multiple locations

What you will bring:

Previous field-based, multi-site HR Business Partner experience within a medium to large-scale organisation (essential)

Credibility with operational managers and a practical, relationship-led approach

Confidence working autonomously, and real comfort with regular travel and driving

Animal lovers are welcome, although the essential criteria is the quality and relevance of your HR business partnering experience.
