I am currently working with a high-profile client who urgently requires a Desktop Support Analyst to provide first and second-line support within a busy, customer-focused professional services environment.
Key Requirements:

• Proven Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support experience.
• Previous experience within a legal, financial or comparable professional services organisation.
• Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA and Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of macOS, iOS and multifunction printing solutions.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket, knowledge and asset management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices and meeting room technology.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with iManage or a similar document management system.
• Knowledge of Mimecast, Microsoft Configuration Manager and Nexthink.
• ITIL Foundation or relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Experience supporting a large user base across multiple offices.
