We are seeking an adaptable, highly organized Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our day-to-day business functions. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will be expected to spin many plates at once while keeping cross-functional processes moving seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
• Act as a key technical contact for business systems, leveraging exceptional IT skills to streamline workflows and troubleshoot basic operational software issues
• Successfully manage multiple competing priorities and "spin many plates" in a fast-evolving SME environment
• Support ongoing business initiatives, project schedules, and inter-departmental communications
• Maintain comprehensive records, manage operational databases, and track key operational data
• Provide flexible, cross-functional administrative and operational support whenever new demands arise

What We’re Looking For

• Direct experience working within an SME environment, understanding the agility and hands on approach required
• Advanced proficiency with core software tools, spreadsheets, data management, and operational systems.
• High standards for accuracy across all documentation, records, and procedural executions
• Proven capability to juggle multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously without losing focus
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
