The Role

As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
• Assist teachers during lessons, interventions and classroom activities.
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and positive behaviours.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff and other professionals.
• Encourage pupils to engage positively with their learning.

About You

The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related discipline.
