We're recruiting for a Lettings Consultant to join an award-winning property business in Dunmow, working within a successful and supportive team.

The Role

As a Lettings Consultant, you will:

• Liaise with prospective tenants to understand their requirements and circumstances
• Match applicants with suitable rental properties from the available portfolio
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiate tenancy terms and agreements
• Undertake property valuations and present the company's services to prospective landlords
• Conduct periodic property inspections
• Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the telephone
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Lettings Consultant Requirements

• Previous experience in property, estate agency, or lettings is advantageous, but not essential
• Confident, professional communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Positive, enthusiastic, and competitive approach
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• IT proficient, including Microsoft Office packages
• Quick to learn new systems and processes
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
