That's why we're looking for exceptional SEN Teaching Assistants who can provide encouragement, patience and guidance to help every pupil succeed.

This is more than a classroom role. It's an opportunity to build confidence, create positive experiences and help children reach milestones they never thought possible.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs

Working closely with teachers and SENCOs

Encouraging participation and engagement in learning

Building positive relationships with pupils
