The role

You’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to settlement, acting as a trusted adviser to clients across the region.

As a succession planning appointment, you’ll play a central part in the team’s future, with the chance to support junior colleagues and take on increasing responsibility within the business.

About you

This role would suit a solicitor who:

• Is 4 to 10+ years PQE
• Has solid experience of commercial property transactions
• Can independently manage matters from instruction to settlement
• Is looking for a long-term role with genuine progression
• Is organised, proactive and client-focused
