A well-established national housebuilder is seeking an experienced Labourer to support their team on a busy new-build housing development in Cumbria. This is a short-term freelance assignment with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to work on a fast-paced residential site.

Your new role

You will be responsible for supporting the site team with general labouring duties, ensuring the project remains clean, safe, and organised.

Daily duties will include:

Site tidying and welfare maintenance
Assisting trades and subcontractors
Moving and unloading materialsKeeping work areas clear and safe
Supporting the Site Manager as required
Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site

What you'll need to succeed

Valid CSCS Card
Previous experience working on construction sites
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots)
