This specialist workplace design and build consultancy delivers end-to-end services including workplace consultancy, interior design, fit-out, furniture procurement and project management for commercial clients. The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, cultivating key relationships and helping to shape the company's future growth strategy. Key responsibilities include: Generating new business opportunities across the commercial office, workplace and fit-out sectors Building relationships with occupiers, project managers, workplace consultants, commercial agents and landlords Developing and executing strategic business development plans Managing the sales cycle from initial engagement through to project award Attending networking events, industry functions and client meetings Working closely with design and delivery teams to support pitches and presentations Maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities and forecasting future revenue Acting as a brand ambassador within the commercial property and workplace markets About You Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Senior Business Development Manager or Client Relationship role Strong background within commercial fit-out, design & build, workplace interiors, construction or property Established network within the London commercial property market Track record of winning high-value projects and developing key client accounts Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Commercially astute and target-driven Passionate about workplace design and creating exceptional client experiences What's On Offer?
