What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Creating a positive and motivated sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and commercial success.
• Driving showroom performance through effective leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Analysing sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Recruiting, onboarding and developing future talent within the business.
• Ensuring outstanding presentation standards across the showroom.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the buying journey.
• Managing day-to-day showroom operations and supporting wider business objectives.
• Taking ownership of team engagement, succession planning and employee development.

• Experience within furniture, home improvement, premium retail, automotive, kitchens, fitted furniture, telecoms or other consultative sales environments would be advantageous.
