Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Private PA looking for a role where you can really make a difference?

We're working with a successful and well-established private business to recruit an Executive Assistant to support the Chairman. This is a varied and interesting role, working closely with the Chairman across both his business and personal commitments.

This is far more than a traditional diary-management role. You'll become a trusted right-hand person, taking ownership of a wide range of responsibilities and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role:

• Extensive and proactive diary management, anticipating priorities and resolving clashes
• Coordinating internal and external meetings
• Managing emails and correspondence, drafting responses and ensuring actions are followed through
• Preparing documents and information ahead of meetings
• Arranging complex travel, including flights, accommodation and transfers
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Liaising with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the Chairman
• Supporting financial and administrative requirements
• Coordinating events and private functions
• Assisting with monthly Board meetings, including preparation, documentation and follow-up
• Occasional minute-taking and maintaining clear records of actions
• Managing a variety of personal and business administration

About You:

• Highly organised, discreet and naturally proactive, with the confidence to work directly with a senior business leader
• Has previous experience in an EA, Private PA or similar senior support role
• Is exceptionally organised and has outstanding attention to detail
• Is confident managing a busy and ever-changing diary
• Has excellent communication skills and sound judgement
• Is comfortable dealing with confidential and sensitive information
• Is confident liaising with people at all levels
• Takes genuine pride in making sure everything runs smoothly

What's on offer?

• Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (100% office-based)
• Salary up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
