About the Role

An established, multi-service law firm is seeking an all-round Family Solicitor to join its growing team in Hammersmith. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to develop their career within a supportive and expanding family law department.

Areas of Experience

The successful candidate will have experience in a range of family and childcare matters, including:

• Care proceedings
• Private law children matters
• Domestic abuse, non-molestation and occupation orders
• Divorce and financial matters
• Unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
• General family law matters

Candidate Requirements

• Ideally 3+ years’ PQE
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence and willingness to undertake own advocacy.
• Understanding of legal aid and experience handling privately funded matters.
• Ability to generate work and develop new business.
• Willingness to work towards relevant panel accreditation.
• Strong networking, communication and client care skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines.
