We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding specialist services business in Dartford that is experiencing significant growth and investing heavily in its future. This role is ideal for someone with experience in telesales, customer service, lead qualification, or call handling who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building rapport with customers over the phone.

The Role

As the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, you will be speaking with customers who require the companies services. Many callers may be dealing with urgent or stressful situations, so a professional, empathetic and solution-focused approach is essential.

Your role will focus on qualifying enquiries, booking appointments and surveys, and supporting customers throughout their journey while helping maximise conversion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls and online enquiries from prospective customers
• Understanding customer requirements and gathering key information
• Qualifying leads including property type, location, urgency and access requirements
• Booking surveys and jobs onto the company system accurately
• Maintaining detailed records and updating customer information
• Following up quotations and tracking enquiries through to completion
• Escalating urgent or specialist enquiries to the appropriate teams
• Monitoring and reporting conversion activity
• Ensuring customer data is handled in line with GDPR requirements

What We are Looking For

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, call handling or lead generation
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM, booking or job management systems
• Organised, proactive and target-driven
• Able to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with sensitive situations

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with inbound sales enquiries
• Knowledge of property services, restoration, facilities management or similar
• Experience managing leads generated through online marketing or Google advertising
