Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire Salary: Competitive + Overtime + Benefits Afternoon Shift (1:30pm-9:30pm and Fridays 11am-4pm) About the Role Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Technical Ceramics site in Stourport-on-Severn. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, supporting preventative maintenance activities, and helping to ensure our manufacturing operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery and site facilities. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. * Maintain equipment including kilns, grinders, ball mills, compressors, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems. * Support equipment installation, commissioning, and improvements. * Assist with general facilities maintenance as required. * Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS standards. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimise downtime and improve reliability. About You Essential: * Apprentice-trained engineer or equivalent engineering qualification. * Mechanical maintenance experience with electrical qualifications to 17th Edition. * C&G 236 Level 3 (or equivalent). * Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems. * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Desirable: * Experience maintaining manufacturing or production machinery. * Experience working at height (cherry picker licence advantageous). * Knowledge of health & safety and manual handling requirements.
