Following continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join their expanding pensions administration team in Darlington.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the administration of occupational pension schemes, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to members, trustees and clients.

Key duties include:

Processing pension calculations and member benefit quotations

Handling scheme member and trustee enquiries

Preparing pension correspondence and documentation

Maintaining accurate records and member data

Supporting the administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes

Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Previous occupational pensions administration experience
• Strong Defined Benefit (DB) scheme knowledge
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Great communication and customer service skills
