About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Lead to oversee cleaning operations across a premium corporate campus.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead cleaning teams, maintain exceptional standards, drive service performance and ensure a safe, productive and sustainable workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support cleaning teams.
• Oversee daily, evening and periodic cleaning.
• Manage cleaning schedules and planners.
• Maintain high service standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits.
• Manage reactive cleaning requests.
• Coordinate specialist contractors.
• Monitor stock and consumables.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance.
• Support sustainability initiatives.
• Work closely with clients and suppliers.
• Provide hands-on cleaning support when required.

About You

You'll be an experienced cleaning professional who enjoys leading teams and driving high standards.

You'll Have:

• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong cleaning and housekeeping knowledge.
• Experience managing rotas and workloads.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A positive, customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Experience working with contractors and suppliers.
• A proactive and hands-on attitude.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

• BICSc qualification.
