You could be supporting pupils with: - Autism (ASC) and ADHD - Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs - Moderate, Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties (MLD, SLD & PMLD) - Speech, language and communication needs - Sensory and physical needs - Complex and additional learning needs From providing dedicated 1:1 support to helping pupils develop communication, build confidence, engage with learning and gain greater independence, your contribution can have a lasting impact. Your experience could come from education, childcare, care work, residential settings, youth work or supporting vulnerable individuals.
