Client Services Executive – Apparel

Location: Hammersmith, London

Salary: £27,000 + benefits

Job type: Full-time, Permanent

Working pattern: Office-based initially, with some home working available after full training

We are looking for a bright, organised and enthusiastic graduate or early-career candidate to join a well-established London-based business specialising in bespoke uniforms and apparel.

This is a varied junior role supporting the Account Management team and helping to keep client orders and projects running smoothly from order through to delivery.

You don't need previous experience in apparel or Account Management. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in apparel, clothing, fashion or textiles, keen to learn, good with people and comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

The Role

Working alongside the Account Managers, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including:

• Supporting Account Managers with client orders and projects
• Communicating with clients by phone and email
• Processing orders and updating internal systems
• Checking stock and arranging deliveries
• Checking garments and samples to make sure they are correct
• Coordinating embroidery, tagging and garment requirements
• Tracking deliveries and following up with suppliers and couriers
• Preparing reports and updating spreadsheets
• Keeping clients and Account Managers updated on progress
• Helping to resolve issues with orders or deliveries
• Making sure processes are followed and deadlines are met
• Providing general office and administrative support

Full training will be provided.

About You

This role would suit a recent graduate or early-career candidate with some practical work experience who is looking for their next step into a varied professional office role.

You might have experience in:

• Office administration
• Customer service
• Retail
• Sales support
• Order processing
• Reception or front-of-house
• Hospitality or another customer-facing environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Is bright, quick to learn and comfortable picking up new systems
• Has a genuine interest in apparel, clothing, fashion or textiles

• Can communicate confidently with customers and colleagues
• Is comfortable managing different tasks during the day
• Takes a practical approach to solving problems
• Is reliable, proactive and keen to learn
• Wants to develop a career in a varied office-based role

A degree is desirable, particularly in Fashion, Fashion Business, Textiles, Business or a related subject, but we are open to candidates from other degree or collage backgrounds who have the right attitude and interest in the apparel industry as long as you have some operation skills and you are confident with IT systems.
