Position: Project Manager Location: Peterborough and Surrounding areas Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 ​ Commercial Plumbing & Heating Project Manager required for our client, an established engineering and facilities management company providing mechanical, electrical, refurbishment, and building maintenance services across the industrial and commercial sectors. The Commercial Plumbing & Heating Project Manager will be responsible for managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance contracts across manufacturing, commercial office, and educational sites. The role will involve overseeing engineering teams and subcontractors, coordinating workloads, managing contract budgets, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be based within commutable distance of Peterborough, with travel to client sites across the region. This will be a range of multiple smaller projects at any one time. The Client would also consider an experienced commercial gas supervisor, who may be interested in moving into a project managers role. Commercial Plumbing & Heating Project Manager Position Overview Commercial Plumbing & Heating Project Manager required to oversee maintenance contracts across multiple commercial and industrial sites, managing engineering teams, subcontractors, budgets, and client relationships. Responsibilities will include coordinating PPM and reactive works, carrying out site inspections and surveys, preparing estimates, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with relevant industry standards. Commercial Plumbing & Heating Project Manager Position Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager, or Supervisor within commercial heating.
