The Role:
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and motivated in their learning. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of subjects and school environments, making every day different and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons across a range of secondary subjects using work provided by the school.
• Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
• Adapt confidently to different schools, year groups, and departments.
• Support students in their learning and encourage participation.
• Provide feedback and handover notes to teaching staff where required.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience teaching within UK Secondary Schools.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible, professional, and proactive approach.
• A passion for education and supporting young people.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
