Rather than being limited to one narrow area of finance, you will gain exposure to different businesses, sectors and financial scenarios. You will work alongside experienced professionals, developing the analytical and commercial skills required to understand a client's financial position and support the development of appropriate business finance solutions.
You are not expected to arrive knowing everything. We are looking for strong potential, commercial awareness and someone prepared to continuously develop their professional knowledge.

Financial Analysis
Develop your ability to interpret accounts, cash flow, financial ratios and business performance.

Learn how to conduct professional conversations with businesses, establish their requirements and communicate financial information effectively.
Risk & Due Diligence
Understand the importance of accurate information, affordability, commercial risk and appropriate due diligence.
Professional Development
Continue developing your technical knowledge through internal training, mentoring and relevant CPD.
As your knowledge and confidence increase, you will progress from supporting experienced consultants to handling greater responsibility and managing your own client relationships.

Who Will Succeed in This Role? This position will particularly suit someone who is commercially curious.
You might find yourself asking why one business is highly profitable but experiencing cash-flow difficulties, why another company requires finance to expand, or how different funding structures can affect a company's financial position.
If you enjoy analysing situations, solving problems and communicating with people, financial consultancy can provide a varied career where no two businesses are exactly the same.
ApplyIf you are a graduate looking to begin a professional career in finance and want a position offering genuine training, responsibility and progression, we would like to hear from you.
