• Build positive relationships with children and young people
• Encourage independence, confidence and social development
• Support pupils with communication and learning barriers

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people
• References that can verify your experience
• A positive, caring and patient approach
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and professionalism
• Willingness to work within education settings
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
